Important Convention Information 

Workshop Attire (Thursday, Friday & Saturday )

Please wear modest work out attire for the hands on workshops scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Men/Boys - Lose fitting sweats or gym clothes

Ladies - Shorts, tights or leggings are welcome as long as we wear them modestly (Please)        

Loose fitting T-shirts, leotard, tank top, or permitted.

Dance shoes or comfortable socks Waters, Gatorades & Hand Towels

Thursday Legends Ceremony Attire

 We will pay tribute to Dr. Constance McIntyre, Dr. Ann Higgins, Dr Ann Stevens, Shereel & Joseph Washington, Dr. Randall Flynn, Apostle Elizabeth Hairston and More. Youth In Action Recording Attire

Please be advise that you are recording for television. We ask that all dance teams have modest attire matching garments are the best when appearing on television. Singer’s similar colors for your choir or group works best with lighting however you are allowed to wear what suits you the most. No skimpy, see through or very short garments. Remember we represent Christ.

Saturday Top Ten Concert Attire

On Saturday, June 6, 2009 @ 7:30 pm, the Top Ten Dance Ministries in America Show is schedule.  It will be a night of celebration, praise & worship, a night of making history.  We encourage you to invite your friends and family to experience this awesome move of God.  The ministry attire for the convention is as follows:  Modest attire only no booty shorts, see through garments, bust revealing garments

Rehearsal will be on Saturday June 6, 2009 at 9:00 AM (Sharp). You will receive a schedule of rehearsal times for each group please be advise that this is your set time. Please arrive 20min in advance. Please come fully dressed in your awards show attire. We ask that all groups participating please be present with your music, stage props, etc.

T-shirts

Conference T-shirts will be available for purchase on Thursday, June 4^{th 2009}.  T-Shirt prices are as follows:

Concessions/Lunch:  Lunch Packages are included for Saturday  June 6, 2009 (Lunch with workshops) and Friday June 5, 2009 (Lunch with workshops).  During the convention, their will be snacks and drinks available for purchase through Concession stands.

Exhibition Galleria: Vendors will be open only during service and breaks. We ask that there be no purchases during workshops. All participants need to be in classes. Convention DVDs and CDs will be available for purchase.  If your ministry has an upcoming event, you are welcome to bring flyers, brochures to place on our information table.
